2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.

  • Identification of the removed content and its prior location.

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or where your service provider is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA notice.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate user accounts or restrict access to our website for repeat copyright infringers in accordance with the DMCA.


4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the removal of content under a valid DMCA notice or the restoration of content following a counter-notification.
